ISO/IEC 17021:2011 Tutorial

The International Organizaiton for Standardization (ISO) has posted a free tutorial on ISO/IEC 17021:2011, made available by the ISO Committee on Conformity Assessment. Developed by the leaders of the working group responsible for the standard, the tutorial consists of three PowerPoint presentations with notes explaining the differences between the 2006 edition and new requirements.
