Complaints can be submitted to ANAB in accordance with the ANAB complaint process.

    Customers of ANAB's ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO 17034, and ISO/IEC 17043 programs can submit written appeals with respect to any decision or action taken during the accreditation process to ANAB within 30 days of the action or decision in accordance with the ANAB appeals procedure.
