Course Description

Attend this two-day introductory training course to understand ISO/IEC 17020 as it pertains to forensics. Learn about the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), ISO standards, and the hierarchies in the world of ISO accreditation and standards. This course narrows the focus of ISO/IEC 17020 to specific criteria for forensic service providers. This includes crime scene investigations, friction ridge examinations, firearms, handwriting analysis, anthropology, and digital computer analysis.
